Best Western Plus Panama Zen Hotel, Panama City

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with great city views, though located near the elevator. The breakfast room is adorned with lovely screens while providing ample wardrobe space, a desk, and reading lamps. The service is exceptional, with a focus on guest satisfaction and informed staff. The location is ideal for exploring shops and restaurants on foot, though a bit far from Casco Viejo. The dining experience excels with a variety of options but may need better organization during peak times.

The hotel is situated in a nice area of town with lots of restaurants and good coffee and bar places around the corner. The rooms at Zen are comfortable and cozy, offering a great stay at a decent value. However, there were some concerns about certain situations that made guests uncomfortable. Service is above the norm, catering well to our needs and concerns.
